ArchiTech is an interactive architectural platform that provides a modern and practical way of communication between investors, property developers, architects, interior designers, manufactures, suppliers and end user clients – buyers. It`s sole intention is to offer a complete, turn-key solution by creating a bridge between different industries, products and services. ArchiTech provides the end user client with an interactive presentation of their project and allows them to visualize their space in a photo realistic way.
Wouldn’t it be easier to sell an apartment or an office space if its custom made with the exact preferences of the buyer? ArchiTech’s platform provides a live presentation of the space where with just one click you can change floors, wall colors, kitchen surfaces, bathroom tiles, furniture textures, lighting as well as anything else you might want to do.
The applications allow you to build an immersive 3D presentation on top of a standard 2D/3D project files, interior or exterior, than add all the elements that you wish and design it to your needs. VR Support – more then a hype!
We don’t just agree, we know that its best use is when utilized in apps like ArchiTech. The app has two working modes, VR and Standard. The Standard mode is classic screen computer presentation that works great on regular and touch screens.
The VR mode is fully interactive and immersive 360 experience allowing you to teleport inside the entire space.
Both versions allow endless customized branding:
• Live Floor Plans: Mini-maps including real-time view of user location (support for multiple story properties)
• Points of interest: Set them in the editor with a quick access from the HUD & floor plan mini-map
• Edit Mode: Instant switch of models and/or materials (i.e. Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops, Furniture, Walls, personal items or anything else you may want to change)
• Camera Mode: Take HD resolution photos while you explore!
• Controller Modes: Walk or Fly (drone mode) through your space
• Network & VOIP connectivity ( i.e share the visualization over the internet)
